the stars are shifting

Tis odd. People in my landscape are leaving or planning to. I’m not that close to all of them but I still feel that lump in the throat. The prospect or the fact of my close ones going probably makes the lump sharper.

Have done it all before. School, College, Kottayam, Bangalore, London; people have left and I have too. And everytime the yearn. Can’t things just be?

  1. It seems to me that is how life is. A friend of ours died yesterday. People are coming…and going… all the time at the moment. And life is continually shifting, uncertain. For some, perhaps life is settled, solid. That is not my experience. Sometimes I think it is positive thing – we never take those we love for granted. Other times, it is…tiring to the soul.

Love your blog, by the way.

  2. well.. all we can do is thank everybody who entered our lives at the right time and left at the right time… giving us just enough space to grow and learn…
